What are the best cable/satellite TV and high speed internet providers in Pasadena, CA?

Hello everyone. I’m moving to Pasadena, CA (91101) from the Midwest toward the end of this month. In the Midwest, we have Charter for Internet and though the actual speed is great, the customer service and reliability has been an issue.

We have Charter for regular cable TV as well, but we want to make the switch to HD service. How’s satellite service (Dish Network or Direct TV) in the area?
