Just wondering, whether it is possible for me to make voip calls that go through my mobile and charge my mobile, then out. Just because I have know signal at home. Just wondering whether it is possible to make voip calls on my voip phone that charge my mobile phone.

If you can find a download of Skype or other application that does the same thing that is compatible with your phone, then sure. Have a look here and see if they have anything for your phone.

Something similar to VoIP was just launched with Rogers Wireless in Canada. It is called Home Calling Zone. Where your cell phone has unlimited nation-wide calling for $15/month and it uses the wifi network in your home. It will work on any wifi network around North America.
