How can I make satellite TV work better in the rain?

Whenever it rains heavily, my satellite TV signal gets all skewed and stops working properly. Can anything be done to make the situation better?

There was already a dish here when we moved so we got dish, but they could only hook up 4 tv’s, so I have 3 more tv’s that need cable. Can I get Comcast cable and satellite tv? Will installing cable mess up the satellite service?

I’m chinese, in china the goverment forbid people to receive Satellite TV signal，is this happen in South America too? Thank you very much.
