I’m buying a laptop but I need a fast internet for job communication. I know broadband is supposed to be fast, but is a 56k modem fast too? I have a 56k modem in this pc I use at home on dial up, but I when I connect it says 19.2kbps, it never gets higher. If a laptop comes with a 56k modem does that mean It will be double time than dial up at home?

So I played svr 08 at a buddies house for ps3 and I’m not entire sure of what to think of it. Its not very good, but then it isnt half bad either. Anyway, I played Rockband on ps3 wirelessly and that requires a broadband connection also. I was wondering if I could do the same for svr 08 on ps3?
